How much is the shipping charges?
Orders under 100 aed incur 31.5 aed shipping fees nationwide. Orders over 100 aed only incur 15 aed shipping fees.
How long does shipping take?
The order processing takes 1 business day, followed by delivery company fulfillment in another 1 day. Expect your order within 2-3 working days. Public holidays may impact delivery times.
How do i cancel the order?
To cancel an order, contact us on the same day it was placed. If you miss this window and we have already arranged delivery, delivery charges are non-refundable.
How do i return the order?
Upon receiving the order, the customer has 4 days to apply for a return. A fee of 10 AED is applicable for order pick-up. Once the returned order is inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
